About The World Famous N.I.CAfter attending the Roosevelt school of performing arts in Milwaukee, WI. Nicholas Demps also known as “The World Famous N.I.C” followed in his father a jazz DJ and radio personality to work. It was there the seed to become an entertainer and DJ was planted. At the same time, he was introduced to a group of individuals that allowed him to see how far his passion would eventually take him. At the time, Nicholas was too young to actually join the group. However, that didn’t keep him from tagging along with his sister, who was an official member. In the meantime, Nicholas focused on his craft and showmanship by DJing at local block parties. That group ultimately went on to become the Grammy award winning group, “Arrested Development.” This left Nicholas with a taste of the success that was sure to come. As a teenager, Nicholas moved to California. Within a short period of time he was approached by a top modeling agent for representation. That opportunity opened the doors for him to achieve his true calling. Nicholas quickly landed major national modeling campaigns with clients such as Abercrombie and Fitch, Ralph Lauren, DKNY, and G.Q. He also worked along side top photographers and models like Bruce Webber, Dewey Nicks and Tyra Banks. A multi-faceted entertainer, and more than a handsome young man, Nicholas took the acting world by storm. Starring in featured roles on television shows such as, In The House, Moesha, The Parkers and Sister,Sister, and recurring roles on General Hospital and All About Us. Nicholas’ latest project is an award winning independent film titled, “Truth Hall,” which premiered on B.E.T. in April of 2010. Never losing his passion for music and the art of DJing, Nicholas was signed to a major recording contract in 2000. As a member of B.M.I. He has also written and composed songs for the television series City of Angeles and Passions. In late 2009/2010 he headlined a tour Djing across Canada starting in Vancouver and ending in Montreal. Nicholas has been blessed to work along side legendary artist LL Cool J, Missy Elliott and Brandy. Currently he can be heard weekly on Los Angeles radio station 102.3 KJLH as a Radio Personality/Host and DJ, Spinning at some of Hollywood's premiere venues, as well as appearing as a featured DJ in national commercials for McDonalds and Sunkist. As you can see, Nicholas is a seasoned professional that has been confidently flying under the radar. With his long list of accomplishments and concrete list of achievements, he is sure to be “the new face” of Hollywood and a force to be reckoned with in every area of entertainment.
